This article is the first one to set up a website and international sales department, discussing my prospects and thinking about the imitation about animatronic dinosaur industry in the international market. Let’s start at the beginning!

I have been in this industry for 11 years (I entered the industry in 2010), and I am faced with the production and research of animatronic dinosaurs/animals every day. I can say that from the day I go to work to the night I go to bed, I am always thinking about how to expand the market channels of the company, survive and stand out in the fierce competition. I started as a sales manager to Chinese entertainment market. When doing business with domestic customers, we should pay attention to professionalism (both the knowledge of product attributes, the control of logistics and freight, and the efficiency of after-sale connection must be done well), responsibility and long-term trust. I learned a lot from this experience and was instrumental in starting my company.

After 11 years of work, the company has established a brand in the domestic entertainment market, and has a relatively stable sales volume. However, it still meets the bottleneck (the company’s growing scale and more and more employees lead to the increase of costs). To overcome the bottleneck, we must increase actual sales. So a push into overseas markets is inevitable.

When I came up with this idea, the shareholders in the company were confused:

First, the domestic market is relatively stable, why not make efforts to expand more product channels to diversify the operation of the domestic market, in order to achieve a larger market?
Second, there is too much uncertainty in the overseas market. An outbreak has shut down the overseas market of a peer for nearly a year, and there is a risk that balance payment will not be available.
Third, the domestic old customers have established a long-term trust, then resources should be invested in the bidding of larger entertainment groups, in order to steadily obtain large amount of orders, how to invest money in the overseas market is not quite certain?

The above three doubts are what I have to answer and overcome in order to win the support of the shareholders:

NO.1: the domestic market is mainly used BAIDU to promote the company’s products (the website to promote the products are promoted), but these years, the flow and effect is not much change, how to invest more money and energy can do better than BAIDU? Very unlikely.

NO,2: are overseas markets unstable? The epidemic will eventually pass. The people of the world have also endured the epidemic for a long time. Once the epidemic is brought under control, it will surely usher in high entertainment consumption. As long as we can do a good job of paying the rules, we’re not afraid of losing balance payment

The above two answers are my answer to the shareholders, and it is my imperative attitude.We are confident that we will have a place in the future of the international dinosaur/animal simulation industry.
