After reading these experiences, you can also inspire your children to make intuitive statements, and be helpful to developing children’s expression skills.

Today, my mother and I went to tour the dinosaur exhibition.

As soon as we entered the door, we saw a half-man-tall dinosaur egg. In every few seconds, the shell would crack and a small dinosaur would poke its head out curiously and wink mischievously at us.

Moving forward, we saw Triceratops, Diplodocus, Stegosaurus and other herbivorous dinosaurs, these dinosaurs are eating vegetarian. But they don’t just eat grass, they eat rocks.

You may ask: Why do they eat rocks? It turns out that their teeth are identical. They can only bite, not chew. They eat rocks to cut plants in their stomachs. After a while, the stones will be ground into powder in their stomachs and expelled from their bodies.

According to the diet of dinosaurs, another type of dinosaur is carnivorous dinosaurs. Pterosaurs, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Allosaurus, etc. are carnivorous dinosaurs, they exclusively eat the meat from herbivorous dinosaurs. When the food is insufficient in the late Cretaceous period, they will eat some weak carnivorous dinosaurs.

After visited indoor, I was lost in thought. Billions of years ago, the huge family of dinosaurs dominated the earth. Why did they become extinct 65 million years ago?

Scientists have given different answers. But one thing is certain, the human beings became the emerging hegemon of the earth. We do not take good care of the earth and protect the ecological environment, maybe a few years later, the new hegemon of the earth will study our human fossils as we study dinosaur fossils!

After visited the amazing indoor dinosaur exhibition, my mother took me to the outdoor square.

There were 26 bigger dinosaur exhibits, showing a variety of dinosaur or Jurassic sights. I saw more rare dinosaur species as Therizinosauridae, Ankylosaurus, Quetzalcoatlus, Amargasaurus, Irritator…

I could not help but touch the dinosaur gently, found the dinosaur skin was soft. I asked my mother why soft! My mother said: dinosaurs may be made of rubber, so soft.

I found that some of the dinosaurs were damaged. Mother said: because everyone went to touch the dinosaur, so it was broken.

I saw a lot of people reaching out to touch the dinosaur bodies, pulling the wings of Pterosaur. My mother told me that should be mannered for watching dinosaurs. As soon as I saw someone touching dinosaurs, I tried to dissuade them, but they didn’t listen to me.

Then we went to the exhibition hall where the dinosaur skeletons were displayed.

The tallest was the Mamenchisaurus skeleton. The big one once lived in the late Jurassic period and had a long neck that could eat leaves from the top of trees. Its long tail was used for fighting.

Second tallest one is Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton. Tyrannosaurus Rex was tall up two floors. Its a huge carnivore, and be able to swallow a cow in one gulp. It had thick back legs and small front claws, and lived in the late Cretaceous period. It’s so strong!

It is said that the dinosaurs died because one small planet fell to the earth, then made a big explosion to change the ecological environment of the earth. Then There were no dinosaurs. Today I learned not only about dinosaurs, but also about some of the theories about their extinction.

Through the exhibition visiting, I experienced fantastic adventure and learned about doing things in good manner & importance of environmental protection.

Thanks for this unforgettable journey!
