What lifelike animal suit / costume is – we use artificial fur, foam, silicone etc. to build wearable animal outfits. Through operations of legs and hands of performer who wears outfits, interacts with audiences or pranks people.

Wearable animatronic animal suit manufacturing process:

(1). Wrap foam around the helmet and sculpt animal head on the foam.

(2). Sculpt foam to be animal body based on real performer body.

(3). Smear silicone on the head, body, hands, feets etc. to create animal body muscle.

(4). Use artificial fur to implant sculpted body foam peice by peice.

(5). Painter makes lifelike skin color or coat color.
