Due to the weather specially in tropical places, the animatronic dinosaur skin is easy to misplace with the internal steel frame. It could lead to customers to handle the seams and affect the overall aesthetics of the dinosaur.

How to handle dinosaur model skin’s dislocation:

NO1. We provide customers with extra skin parts (the skin texture has been prepared by us) for free, and send them.

Remarks: After the customer gets it, just cover the seam with a sticky cover and spray the color on it.

NO2. We can teach customers how to use sponge to make extra skin parts, and customers can repair the seams on site by themselves.

Remarks: Need to prepare Art Knife, Soldering Iron, Silicone, Sponge/Foam, Oil Paint, Stockings, 2-inch wool brush and Gasoline, and make the skin according to the instructions.

Manufacturing skin process:

1. Use knife to cut down a long strip of foam (cut according to the length of the seam).

2. Use soldering iron to draw the textures on the dinosaur’s foam skin.

3. Put a layer of silicone on the foam (the skin texture has been prepared). Then use gasoline to brush smooth the silicone.

4. Use oil painting to repair the skin’s color.

We recommend customers choose the NO1 plan, that is convenient to the troublesome. But NO1 method needs about 3-5 days for us to make the skin and send it; If you don’t want to wait, then the NO2 plan is more appropriate.
