In the end of 2021, we had a new industry summary as professional robotic dinosaur manufacturer. We stated the road of future development and continued to administer company’s production quality concept.

First: We should not pay over much to production innovation & team managerment as a newly established dinosaur manufacturer. (Our creators of the company had worked in this industry over 10 years) As one of this company, we should try to do much works.

Second: As a newly established animatronic dinosaur manufacturer, we should save cost to do more things. We should invest the channels about customer resources.

Third: We should control and master production running stabilization. Before our dinosaur products out of the factory, our quality-check team should test them and confrim no problem.

Fourth: Based on small company’s budget, we should choose suited factory where is about 1000-1500㎡. After we got more business and development, we could choose larger factory.

Fifth: Team work especially company partners is so important. 2-3 partners is good combination for company. (Everyone is expert about animatronics manufacturing)

Sixth: Sales channels should be expanded, which is base-stone as company development.
