Why overtime production features viability? (Especially in China)

1. We have over 50 small-medium-large dinosaurs to be made per month. Once meet rush works that promissory production time, we need to overtime works maybe at night.

2. Handover productions on time is trust and responsibility to our clients.

3. Receive dinosaurs in time make sure that clients have enough time to prepare ex-exhibition works.

Don’t think working an evening is easy for an animatronic dinosaur factory. Since workers are already highly focused on the details of the dinosaur manufactured during the day, the mental intensity of the work at night can be doubled due to light, heat (summer) and tire. And an overtime is 4-5 hours, after finishing will be extremely tired.

Although the overtime conditions at night are more hard, but in order to be responsible for the customer’s products, we also implement duties. At te same time, we also offer more reward to the workers as fair principle.
