Once the animatronic animal is in motion running, but one or all of the actions are inactive, how can the user(client) check for internal problems with the animatronic animal or dinosaur?

FIRST – Check whether the action indicator-lights of the CPU control box is working; Once it is not work, the fuses in the control box may be burnt out, and you can restore it by replacing new fuses provided as free.

SECOND – Please listen close to the animal or dinosaur to see if there is any sound in the internal operation (with the first step indicator works); If there is no sound, there may be a problem with the internal motor. Please contact us and we will provide replacement instructions.
