We received an order for a new product in 2021, namely two 4-meters long dinosaur parade rides / dinosaur electromobiles! The usual dinosaur riding cars are about 2 meters long and look like toy racing products. This time, the size was enlarged to 4 meters, and it completely became a real motorcycle race car! We were excited to receive order for novel products and will do them well.

In the wake of this, our customers order 5-10 big dinosaur riding cars every year! Tyrannosaurus Rex, Velociraptor, Triceratops, and Dilophosaurus are all very popular categories. Here we specifically show the manufactured process of dinosaur parade rides for interested customers to observe.

Step 1. Welded mechanical structure + installed driven-motors

First, according to the construction drawings, the mechanics welded the outline of the dinosaur ride. The electrical engineer then installs the transmission motors at the moving point of the mechanical structure. After the completion of the first process, electrical engineers continue to test the mechanical dynamics for 1-2 hours to ensure that the machinery does not have any problems.

Step 2. Antirust handling on steel structure

Use environmentally friendly anti-rust paint to cover the entire mechanical steel frame! Let dry and apply a coat of anti-rust paint. This ensures that the steel inside won’t spoil for years. After 2-3 hours, our workers ride & drive the mechanical dinosaur car about 15-20 minutes to ensure that the mechanical transmission structure is no problem.

Step 3. Wrap high density sponge on the steel structure + sculpted handworks (Tyrannosaurus Rex style)

Experienced sculptors hand-carved the outline of a dinosaur (a Tyrannosaurus Rex in the picture) on a sponge. Whether it is the muscles, lines, eyes, claws, cheeks, tail and other parts of the dinosaur are alive! Our manufactured dinosaur animatronics are looked so lifelike.

Step 4. Skin textures hand-works on the sculpted dinosaur outline sponge

After dinosaur outline is shaped, our fabricators will draw the dinosaur skin textures one by one with electric soldering irons! It’s an extremely detailed job that requires a lot of time and patience from the fabricators. Whether it is Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, Diplosaurus, Brachiosaurus and other different types of dinosaur skin patterns, it is eased for our workers to make.

Step 5. Coated three layers of silicone on the dinosaur car with complete textures

Our fabricators will use silicone and socks (stockings) to coat 2-3 layers on the dinosaur body. Then, dinosaur car skin owns elastic and strong toughness. This work is very important, so that the dinosaur car in the work of riders to reduce the external damage.

Step 6. Painted lifelike or cartoon colors for dinosaur riding car

Our highly skilled colourers will use oil paint to stain every piece of skin on the dinosaur’s body! According to the customer’s requirements, the dinosaur can be customized to lifelike skin or cartoon skin.
