The hot weather will lead to a reduction in our production schedule (The afternoon will be closed in the fully enclosed factory), and it will also have an operational impact on the animatronic dinosaur /animal models being used in some specific areas (continuous high temperatures and uncontrolled running time of electrical appliances may lead to line interruptions).

When the weather is hot, the inside of the dinosaur / animal models will also run at high temperature. In particular, the CPU control box will have an insurance facility to ensure the operation of electrical appliances at high temperatures, and once it encounters an ultra-high operating frequency, it may automatically interrupt the circuit operation. Then how to use these electrical equipments normally and in a standard way must be understood by buyers.

The power switch should be turned off at the end of the day

Should know that our animatronic dinosaur / animal models are generally displayed in entertaining places, and the working time can be more than 10 hours a day. In the hot daytime period, the operation of the CPU control box will certainly be some hot. Once the sun goes down, the situation of the control box will gradually become normal, but some users do not turn off the power of the control box even if they are off work, nor do they turn off the total power of the exhibition area. This can result in models staying in a state of waiting to be run, which is not good behavior for their maintenance and maintenance.

Set up fire protection near the model

It’s a precaution. Although our animatronics models have not been fire accident of CPU control box and internal motor circuit, but it is necessary to have a fire extinguisher nearby. All is to minimize the damage in the event of a fire.

Please do not store flammable materials near the control box

In the hot summer, the control box that runs itself has a certain temperature, and if some flammable items (sponges, cotton, cloth, etc.) are stacked on top, it is possible to ignite a fire under the catalysis of temperature. With the exception of some appliances and rain covers we have provided, please do not pile items near the control box.
