Elephant (jungle or African elephant)

The elephant (animatronic jungle elephant / animatronic African elephant) model has always been a particularly popular and sought after animal exhibit. It is not surprising that people, especially children, are naturally curious about giant creatures (prehistoric giant dinosaurs bring outstanding imagination), and once they see a 1:1 size elephant in front of their eyes, they are naturally attracted to its large physical features. The most popular species here are certainly Asian jungle elephant and African savanna elephant.

Asian jungle elephants have long been regarded as gods and cultural symbols. But now they are in grave danger. All three remaining subspecies, such as Sumatran elephant, Indian elephant and Sri Lankan elephant, have reduced their range and once spanned the entire continent, including China, and as far west as the Euphrates River.

African savanna elephant is an unpredictable and irascible animal. They inhabit the dense rainforests of west and central Africa. They live in families of up to 20 individuals and feed on leaves, grass, seeds, fruit and bark. Since savannah elephants eat mainly grass and fruits, they play a crucial role in spreading many tree species, especially the seeds of large trees with a high carbon content.

Lion

People always love to see a pride of lions or a pair of lions (male and female). And we focus on the preferences of visitors, like to provide animatronic lion models (male and female) for the exhibition. The lion has always appeared in people’s impression as the “king of the forest”, as the top carnivorous overlord in the African grasslands and forests, its popularity is imaginable. Children cannot resist the charm of large carnivores, and their presence in the exhibition will instantly become the focus of discussion and viewing.

Lion has a clear division of labor. The female lion’s job is to breed and find food, and the male lion’s job is to protect the whole pride. Lions eat a lot and are lethargic. Natural enemies include larger animals like hyenas and rhinos. Lions feed on a wide range of animals, mainly baboons, hippos, zebras, impala and other types of antelope.

Lions originated in eastern and southern Africa about 124,000 years ago, and about 21,000 years ago, lions began to go out of Africa, as far as India and other places in Asia. In terms of branches, modern lions are mainly divided into one in east and South Africa and one in central and west Africa and India. The latter is already endangered, meaning lions are at risk of losing half their genetic diversity.

Tiger

Tiger is also a popular large carnivore, its body size is larger than the lion, usually 3 meters to 3.5 meters in the exhibition. Tigers are typical mountain forest animals, ranging from tropical rainforests and evergreen broad-leaved forests in the south to deciduous broad-leaved forests and mixed coniferous broad-leaved forests in the north.Tigers can swim. Bear (brown or black bear)

Animatronic bears (brown or black bear) are also large animal exhibits, which can attract people’s attention and onlookers. This predatory king in the natural forest is not only a threat to herbivores, but also can display a silly side, because they also eat honey and hazelnuts (bears are omnivores). In particular, the restoration of the model state of “bear fishing” is particularly beloved.

Bears are found in the northern temperate zone and are widely distributed in North America, Europe and Asia. It is found in mountainous, temperate or tropical forests. Most are good at climbing trees and swimming. Poor vision, sensitive sense of smell, rely on smell for food. Omnivorous animals that eat rodents, fish, deer, pigs and lambs, most of which feed on ants and honey, but some also feed on seeds, plant roots, nuts, berries and larvae.

Crocodile

Large crocodiles pose a certain threat to humans and will suddenly attack before humans can react. Crocodiles live in lakes, swamps, shoals and other areas. Crocodiles like to eat food are ducks, rabbits, frogs, mice, fish, snails and other animals who live in wetland.

Horse (modern horse, zebra and Hyracotherium)

For the Chinese, the “dragon Horse spirit” represents good luck and positive connotations. Therefore, animatronic horse models are common exhibits in animal shows. In particular, the three categories of modern horse, zebra and hyracotherium are particularly loved by the exhibition organizers. Because of the good meaning, these horse models also love to be touched by people for good luck.

The horse is a herbivorous animal belonging to the genus Equi of the odd ungula, and there are two subspecies of domestic horse and wild horse. Eocene is the ancestor of equus, first appeared in North America 55 million years ago. Monkey

These monkeys vary in species, from the large mandrill to playful Emei Mountain monkey to small golden monkey.

Most species live in tropical forests and walk on all fours. They often move in groups in search of vegetation, bird eggs, smaller animals, and insects to eat. Monkeys are able to sit up straight and their hands are free to perform many operational tasks.

Monkeys have larger brains relative to body size than any other land mammal, which means they have larger brains and are more intelligent, allowing them to cope with changing forest life and social activities.

Gorilla

People can not resist the charm of “King Kong”, especially the large body size of tens of meters in the movie, which is impressive. Of course, because of the height of the exhibition site, we usually make animatronic gorilla exhibits to deliver to the people who hold the exhibition. Once the gorilla exhibits appear in the exhibition, it will also attract people’s imagination of its larger version.

Gorilla is the largest of all living primates, standing 1.6-1.8 meters tall at the shoulder and about 0.85 meters tall on four legs. An upright gorilla can be up to 1.75 meters tall, but because the gorilla’s knees cannot really straighten, its actual length is a little longer than this height. Vegetarian, herbivorous, mainly on fruit, leaves and branches as food.

Gorilla’s closest relatives are two other hominid genera, chimpanzees and humans, both of which diverged from a common ancestor about 7 million years ago. On average, the human gene sequence differs from the corresponding gorilla gene sequence by only 1.6%.

Giraffe

This unique, long-necked creature has historically been one of the most popular animal exhibits. Usually we make giraffe model that is 4 to 4.5 meters tall. When people see this model, they always love to look up and want to carefully touch its face and neck, and they always love to think – why can such an animal live until now? With its long neck, doesn’t it feel tired to walk?

It is found in tropical and subtropical savannas, shrublands, open acacia woodlands, arid and open savannas, and semi-desert areas with few trees. It is a herbivore, feeding on leaves and twigs. Giraffes live about 27 years in the wild and more than 29 years in zoos. It is native to Africa and is found mainly from sub-Saharan to South Africa in eastern Transvaaz, Natal, and northern Botswana. Has disappeared from most of West Africa, with the exception of a few remaining individuals in Niger. Giraffes have been reintroduced to hunting in South Africa. It’s the national animal of South Africa.

Boa Constrictor

For most people, “Boa Constrictor / Pythons” are one of the most feared animals. Of course, the theme exhibition should not be missing its slender, stout and slightly wet figure. We usually make 8-10 meters long animatronic boa constrictor models for exhibition. Although pythons look scary, they can’t help but attract people to giant snakes.

Boa Constrictor is a general term for all kinds of non-venomous pythons. There are more than 40 species of pythons (pythonidae). True pythons are divided into two subfamilies: Pythoninae and Salvia miltiorinae. The boa constrictor subfamily includes the Boa constrictor, Corallus, and Eunectes of tropical America; The other two genera are found in Madagascar and the islands of the Southwest Pacific Ocean.

Rhinoceros

Animatronic rhinos is also one of the most common animal exhibits. The love of large herbivores is also very high, with rhinos being one of the two most popular animals besides elephants (the other being hippos). We also often make 3-4 meter long rhinoceros models as exhibits for children to get close to this “grumpy” grassland animal.

Rhinos are bulky and clumsy, measuring 2.2 to 4.5 meters long, 1.2 to 2 meters tall at the shoulder, and weighing 2,800 to 3,000 kilograms. It inhabits open grasslands, savannas, shrubland, or swamps, where it can only be found deep in forests, and generally feeds on dwarf shrubs and herbs. Rhinos use urine and dung piles to distinguish their territory.

Hippo

Animatronic hippo is one of the most common exhibits on Animal Expo. This model of a large herbivore that can live in water is even more fascinating to children. Besides elephants, hippo is one of the two most popular animals (the other is rhinoceros). We also often make 3-4 meter long hippo models as exhibits to bring viewers closer to this “grumpy” amphibian.

The hippopotamus is the largest omnivorous freshwater mammal with large size and short limbs. Thick head. The mouth is large and can be opened at a 90 degree Angle. The hippo’s incisors and canines are tusk-shaped, with the lower incisors extending parallel to the front like shovels.

Historically, hippos have lived in almost every river and lake in Africa. From the hieroglyphics that decorate the ancient Egyptian monuments, it can be concluded that hippos lived in great numbers in the Nile Valley at that time. One of the reasons for the rapid decline of hippos is the high value of their tusks.

Bison

This is a large and beautiful “lifelike animal model”. Animatronic bison model manufactured is also suitable for the exhibition, and let the audience think of “roast beef”, “boiled beef”, “celery stir-fried beef” and other food when they see it unnatural (although the meaning of it is completely opposite to the exhibition, but just can’t stop such an idea 😓). Three to four meters long animatronic bison is common model exhibit.

The American bison is found in the Midwest of the United States and Canada, where it inhabits grasslands. The American bison live in herds, enjoy soil bathing, and migrate seasonally, moving south in the winter to find more abundant areas of food, and north in the spring to forage in the morning and evening. Bison feed mainly on grass, but also wildflowers, sedges and shrubs, eating more than 1% of their body weight each day, requiring daily hydration, and in winter eating lichen and moss covered by thick snow.

There used to be about 50 to 60 million bisons in North America, spread over a wide area east of the Rocky Mountains, mainly in the Great Plains. Later, due to people’s overfishing and exploitation of grasslands, the number of American bison declined sharply and almost became extinct, which can be called a tragedy in natural history. By 1889 there were only 541 bison left.

Cow

If you have to ask which animal is most closely related to humans, then “cow” is probably the most important. Of course, we restored it in an animatronic animal model (full size animatronic cow model), so that people can touch its teats (like milking). To be honest, cow is one of the most popular animal models on display, that is unexpected. But think carefully, it is really in line with the nature of science, especially human milk supply and scientific cognition is interested.

Cows are mammals belonging to the genus Bovine of the family even-toed ungulates. They are tall, well-structured, have thin skin, little fat, and short hair. Their hair color is often obvious black white or yellow. Cows have large and plump breasts, generally have four nipples, two rows of uniform, the extra secondary nipples are short, generally do not produce milk, and the day after tomorrow will naturally shrink.

Adult bulls are 1.43-1.47 meter tall and weigh 900-1200 kg. And female cows are 1.3-1.45 meter tall and weigh 650-750 kg. Cows like a clean, dry environment, need to keep it flat, dry, clean, prevent water, pay attention to drainage in summer.

Parrot

Parrots are also commonly featured in various animal-themed exhibitions. We also made models in style of a pair (two animatronic parrot models) and stood on a tree stump for the exhibition organizers. Moreover, we usually scale up to a length of 40-50 cm (especially for dynamic animatronics) to make mdoels, that it easier manufacturing for us. Viewers also love these colorful bird models, which is very popular with children.

Parrots are found in tropical regions all over the world, with the largest number of species in Latin America and Oceania. Parrots usually form small groups of mates and families, roost in forest branches, nest themselves or nest in tree holes. They eat berries, nuts, seeds, nectar, and, with some exceptions, insects, crabs, and carrion.

With the extension of human footprint and the development of industry, parrots are facing the deterioration of living environment, population decline and other conditions, and some species have been or are close to extinction.

Leopard

 

Leopard is a clever carnivorous cat. In people’s impression, it is agile and intelligent, and is the best hunter in the animal kingdom. The little animals will be in great trouble if they meet it. We also usually provide 1.5-2m long animatronic leopard models for theme exhibitions. Children are also interested in this small but powerful cat.

It lives in forests, shrublands, wetlands, deserts and other environments, and its nests are mostly built in dense trees, shrublands or caves. They live alone and are often active at night, resting in trees or caves during the day. Where food is abundant, the range of activity is more fixed. When food is scarce, they wander tens of kilometers in search of food. Guarding their more fixed territory, the male’s territory is larger than the female’s. It preys on a variety of ungulates, as well as monkeys, rabbits, mice, birds and fish, and also eats sweet berries in autumn. When food was scarce, they also sneaked into villages at night to steal poultry and livestock.
